Internet and cable issues!!! Inconsistent communication from management!!! Not enough food options outside breakfast!!! Occurrence of unpleasant odors in hallways!!! Limited accessibility due to no elevator!!!

The breakfast served in the sunroom was exceptional, featuring gourmet options and personalized preparation that made each morning special.
Unfortunately, our room was quite dark, which made it challenging to navigate, especially with the small bathroom setup.

Absolutely loved the breakfast—those homemade rolls were to die for! The peaceful pond and gazebo added a nice touch for relaxation. Plus, the location was perfect for local eats, like Southern Soul BBQ just a hop away!
Honestly, it would have been nice if there was a pool, but that’s nitpicking when everything else shines so bright!

The tranquil grounds offered a beautiful setting for
relaxation. We loved the charm of the inn with its lush gardens and personalized breakfast experience. Although it was a bit difficult to access the property due to the gate codes, once inside, the stay was quite enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay at The Grey Owl Inn. The beautifully themed rooms and the lush gardens provided a serene atmosphere. Debi, the innkeeper, was wonderfully attentive and prepared fantastic made-to-order breakfasts. The location was ideal for a lovely stroll to the beach.
No negative experiences during my stay.

The place had a lovely remodeled room with a nice bathroom and a cozy screened porch overlooking the garden. I really enjoyed lounging in the sun terrace and relaxing by the garden area. The only hiccup was that breakfast could take a little longer than expected, but the options made up for it. 😊

great place , but some issues
The Palm Court room offered comfortable bedding and effective blackout shades for restful sleep. The host made us feel welcome with their knowledge of the area, enhancing our stay. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the perfectly cooked omelette that satisfied our morning cravings. I also appreciated the charming details around the property, such as the well-kept gardens and relaxing gazebo.
Check-in could use a smoother process because of the gate code access.

The room was super comfy with a remote control mattress, which was a nice touch for relaxation. It had a lovely screened-in porch that overlooked a peaceful pond and fountain. There was also a heated towel rack in the bathroom, which felt luxurious. The only downside was that the room could use a bit more decor to make it feel cozier. But the clean and spacious vibe totally made up for it!
